Truck seat was dirty, Check engine light is on. I set up a time to meet Jaylen to pick up the truck and he wasn't there. His communication was not professional. He blamed me for his lack of responsiveness

Jaylen is the best! He came to my aid when I was really frustrated. The air conditioning in my 2008 Avalon, which I dearly loved and thought I would drive forever, died for the third time in a short space of time. The $3,000 price tag to repair it was overwhelming. Jaylen explained the pros and cons of trading cars at this point in circumstance, offered to let me look at and consider what he had available and what costs we would be looking at. There was no pressure, but it was the conversation and information that I needed, and I was able to make a proper and happy decision. This young man is a fine asset to Landers and to their customers. I'm probably too elderly to need to shop again, but I sincerely hope he is there if I need to.

Jaylen was very helpful and very patient about showing me the vehicle I bought. Even though Jeep is not the usual brsnd car he sells, he went out of his way to learn about the vehicle so he could explain it to me. He is good at his job.

An awesome experience through the full process of purchasing my vehicle. Jaylen is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, open and I felt gave an honest representation. Jaylen is friendly but professional. Answered my questions, and I had plenty, without feeling like I was being an annoyance. I will give a high recommendation if anyone asks about Toyota vehicles and sales to ask for Jaylen. And I’m positive all sales reps are also great!
