Hello, everyone! My name’s Kevin Dabney, and I would like to welcome you to Steve Landers Toyota NWA. We are a family here at the dealership, and we welcome our guests with that same feeling. I am proud of my longevity in the auto industry – 24 years and counting. I joined the Steve Landers family in May of 2017 and enjoy serving the wonderful community. Each year, I continue to learn as much about the industry as possible and try my best to relay that information to my guests while making their service experience fun and enjoyable. Getting my customers what they need promptly is always the goal. I have one child – a fantastic Great Dane; she keeps me busy. I am also a superfan of NASCAR and like to travel from time to time. I once traveled to the Panama rainforest to help build a church for the citizens there. Giving back to others is one of my passions, whether in a personal or professional setting. If I can help someone, I go that extra mile to do so!

Service was provided- high quality and in a timely manner

I brought my car in for the nitrogen in my tires and door guards. When I got home I realized they did not put a valve stem cap on one of my tires. I called to get one and the lady said she would have someone call me back, they did not. I called again and guy told me he couldn’t mail it because it would be like “mailing me a penny”since it would cost too much and suggested I buy one. I live 2 hours away and had to drive back to get one. I think if I paid $64,000 cash for a car you could have mailed me a cap for my tire.

Kevin was great, however he told me my vehicle was ready and after hours of waiting nothing had been done. So there was a miscommunication somewhere.

I originally had an appointment and after I drove all the way there and waited for a little while, Kevin came out and said that the parts that came in had scratches on them, so he rescheduled my appointment to wait for new parts again. At my next appointment, my truck was at the shop all day for some repairs, the new fenders he put on my truck had faded marks on it (even though it was new) and then I looked at the passenger side door and it had an 8 inch scratch on it. The service department called me and told me my truck was ready and when I got there, I waited for at least 30 minutes and when I asked them what was going on, they said they couldn’t find my truck. They finally found it and gave me my truck. There’s no way I’d go back because it’ll be worse.
