Working as a service director for Steve Landers Toyota NWA allows me to meet new people from all walks of life and build strong relationships. I take the time to listen to my customers and work in their best interests. My team can rely on me for training, knowledge, and a positive working environment. I have a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals. I am proud of my strong reputation in the industry for taking care of customers, staff, and the manufacturer. You can count on me for integrity, phenomenal CSI, and an upbeat personality. I joined the auto industry in 1999 and love building and maintaining great teams full of members who firmly believe in taking care of each other and our customers. Quite naturally, I am a huge fan of Steve Lander's Toyota of NWA and cars in general. I love to spend time with my family and friends. My wife is my biggest fan, my rock, and a great mother. We have three children who still enjoy having fun with their dear dad, which is always a highlight of my days. Some of my hobbies include kayaking, hiking, playing games with the kids, reading, and cooking.
