Our managers are incredibly supportive, creating a positive and inclusive work environment that extends beyond the office. In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball and softball. I also love making people laugh and finding joy in the simple things in life.

Excellent customer service from Thomas…we made initial contact with Landers Toyota NW Arkansas online (we live in Kansas) and Thomas texted me right away. He quickly answered any and all of my questions by call or text, and when I said “yes” to purchase my car, Thomas made a video walking around the car and showing details of the interior as well. The day that we drove to Arkansas to pick up our car, Thomas texted me to say that unfortunately he was ill and unable to be there to complete our deal, but he let me know that Gaige would be handling our sale. We had such a good experience with everyone we met at Landers that day…a friendly and welcoming team of employees that went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and quickly so we could be headed back to Kansas before it got too late in the day. While I was disappointed that we didn’t get to meet Thomas in person that day, he literally did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of…thanks Thomas!

Very friendly and easy to work with.Buying a car is always a pain but he makes it as painless as possible.It was still frustrating and hope I never have to do it again.The finance department offered fifth third bank and they are horrible to work with. Beware !! now I know why tthe bank payed a huge fine.
