Joined the auto industry 40 years ago and have maintained a reputation for being honest and hard working. True team player, good closer, and always willing to help others out. Proud of the customer following I have built over the years. All of my clients can count on me to listen to their needs and offer them the best service with no pressure. I believe in treating people the way that I would like to be treated. I have held many management positions over the years, managing successful teams. Outside of work, spending time with my wife of 30 years is the most important part of my life; she is my best friend. I also love going to the lake and spending as much time with my grandkids as I can!

Very professional. I drove to Landers from Springfield MO. and picked up toyota 4runner. Bill was not scheduled for work the day I picked 4runner up but took time from his day off to meet me at Landers to make sure transactions went well
